மெய்நிகர் கற்றல் வலைதளம்

தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் வேலைவாய்ப்பு மற்றும் பயிற்சி துறையானது அரசு போட்டித்தேர்வுகளை எதிர்கொள்ளும் இளைஞர்களுக்கு உதவும் நோக்கில் இணைய வழியிலான மெய்நிகர் கற்றல் வலைதளம் செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது. அனைத்து மாவட்ட வேலைவாய்ப்பு மற்றும் தொழில்நெறி வழிகாட்டும் மையங்களில், பல்வேறு போட்டித்தேர்வுகளுக்கான கட்டணமில்லா பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன. இவ்விணையதளமானது தொழில்நெறி வழிகாட்டுதல் மற்றும் பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் ஆகிய இத்துறையின் இன்றியமையா பணிகளின் மற்றுமொரு அங்கமாக தொலைநோக்குப் பார்வையுடன் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. 22.02.2019 அன்று மாண்புமிகு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்களால் துவக்கி வைக்கப்பட்ட இவ்விணையதளம் TNPSC (Group I, Group II, Group IV and Group VIIB/VIII) TNUSRPB, UPSC, SSC, AIRFORCE, IBPS, RRB போன்ற பல்வேறு போட்டித்தேர்வுகளுக்கான மென்பாடக்குறிப்புகளை கொண்டுள்ளது. ஒருங்கிணைந்த இணைய வழியிலான மெய்நிகர் கற்றல் முறையின் மூலம் மாணவர்கள் எந்த இடத்திலிருந்தும் எந்த நேரத்திலும் மின் வடிவத்தில் கற்கும் சூழலை உருவாக்குவதே இத்திட்டத்தின் நோக்கம் ஆகும்.

Virtual Learning Portal

The Virtual Learning Portal is a Web based initiative run by Department of Employment and Training, Government of Tamil Nadu to assist young aspirants who are preparing for Government competitive exams. It is a well known fact that free coaching classes for various competitive examinations are conducted in all the District Employment and Career Guidance Centres. This portal was envisaged as yet another enterprise of Career Guidance and coaching which is one of the primary function of this department. Launched by the Hon'ble Chief Minister on 22.2.2019, this platform contains e-content for various competitive exams such as TNPSC (Group I, Group II, Group IV & Group VIIB / VIII), TNUSRB, UPSC, SSC, IBPS, RRB. Objective of the project is to build a centralized, web-based virtual learning system and to enable the students to access the learning environment from any location, any time through a multitude of electronic formats.

சிறப்பம்சங்கள் :

• தொலைதூரக் கிராமப் பகுதிகளில் வசிக்கும் போட்டித்தேர்வுகளை மேற்கொள்ளும் இளைஞர்களின் தேவை அறிந்து தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலம் ஆகிய இரு மொழிகளில் அனைத்து மென்பாடக்குறிப்புகளும் இவ்விணையதளத்தில் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்படுகின்றன. மேலும், இம்மென்பாடக்குறிப்புகள் ஆஃப்லைன் முறையிலும் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து கொள்ளலாம்.
• இவ்விணையதளத்தில், மாணவர்கள் மாதிரி தேர்வுகள் மற்றும் மதிப்பீட்டுத் தேர்வுகளை மேற்கொண்டு பயிற்சி பெறும் வகையில் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. மாவட்ட வேலைவாய்ப்பு மற்றும் தொழில்நெறி வழிகாட்டும் மையங்களில் தினந்தோறும் எடுக்கப்படும் கட்டணமில்லா பயிற்சி வகுப்புகளில் கலந்து கொள்ள இயலாத தொலைதூரத்தில் உள்ள இளைஞர்கள் பயனடையும் வகையில் பயிற்சி வகுப்புகளுக்கான காணொலி பாடக் குறிப்புகளும் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்படுகின்றன.
• இதுமட்டுமின்றி இவ்விணையதளத்தில் பதிவு செய்துள்ளவர்களுக்கு பொதுத்துறை நிறுவனங்களில் ஏற்படும் விளம்பரப்படுத்தப்பட்ட காலிப்பணியிடங்கள், தேர்வு அறிவிக்கைகள் மற்றும் தொழில் தகவல்கள் ஆகியவை சரியான நேரத்தில் தெரிவிக்கப்படுகின்றன.
• அலைபேசி வழியாக படிக்கும் பயனர்களின் வசதிக்காக இவ்விணையதளத்தில் அலைபேசி செயலியும் ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. அரசுத் துறையில் தனக்கான இடத்தை தேடும் போட்டித் தேர்வுகளுக்கு தயாராகும் இளைஞர்களின் கனவை நினைவாக்க எவ்வகையிலாவது உதவி புரிய வேண்டும் என்பதே எங்களின் நோக்கமாகும்.

Special Features :

• All the e-content of this portal has been uploaded bilingually ie.in both Tamil and English so as to suit the needs of even remote rural competitive aspirants. Also, these e-content documents are downloadable which make these study materials accessible in offline mode too.
• This site also has provision to train the students through Model tests and Assessment tests.Video content of the coaching classes are uploaded in the portal for the benefit of the youngsters of remote areas who can’t access the free coaching classes conducted at District Employment and Career Guidance centres on a daily basis.
• Furthermore the visitors of this portal are informed duly about Career information - Government Sector, recent advertised vacancies, Exam notification, etc.
• A Mobile app has been provided in the website for the users who opt to study using their mobile phones. So our mission is to strive, in every way, towards aiding the aspirants of the state in realising their dream of playing a part in Government bureaucracy.

தன்னார்வ பயிலும் வட்டம்

• பல்வேறு போட்டித் தேர்வுகளுக்கு தயாராகும் இளைஞர்களுக்கு உதவி புரியும் வகையில் கட்டணமில்லா பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் மற்றும் வழிகாட்டுதல்களை வழங்கும் நோக்கத்துடன் அனைத்து மாவட்ட வேலைவாய்ப்பு மற்றும் தொழில்நெறி வழிகாட்டும் மையங்களிலும் 1999-ஆம் ஆண்டில் தன்னார்வ பயிலும் வட்டங்கள் தோற்றுவிக்கப்பட்டன. அரசுத்துறையில் வேலை பெற நினைக்கும் இளைஞர்களில் படிக்கும் திறனை மேம்படுத்தும் வகையில் இத்தன்னார்வ அலகுகள் நோக்கமாக கொண்டு செயல்படுகின்றன. TNPSC (Group I, Group II, Group IV and Group VIIB/VIII) TNUSRB, AIRFORCE, UPSC, SSC, IBPS, RRB போன்ற பல்வேறு தேர்வுகளுக்கு சிறந்த வல்லுநர்களைக் கொண்டு கட்டணமில்லா பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன.
• இத்தன்னார்வ பயிலும் வட்டங்களில் நடத்தப்படும் பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் மூலம் வருடம்தோறும் ஏறத்தாழ 500 மாணவர்கள் பல்வேறு போட்டித்தேர்வுகளில் வெற்றி பெறுகின்றனர். மேலும், தேவைக்கேற்ப நூலகங்கள் மற்றும் பள்ளிகளில் கூடுதல் பயிற்சி வகுப்புகளும் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன.
• சிறப்பு முயற்சியாக விழிப்புலன் இழந்த மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு ப்ரெய்லி முறையிலும், செவிபுலன் இழந்த மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு சைகை மொழிப்பெயர்பாளரைக் கொண்டும் போட்டித் தேர்வுகளை மேற்கொள்ளும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளி மாணவர்களுக்கு கட்டணமில்லா பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன.
• மேலும், பத்து பல்கலைக்கழகங்கள் மற்றும் அதன் உறுப்பு கலை மற்றும் அறிவியல் கல்லூரிகளில் இறுதியாண்டு பயிலும் பொருளாதாரத்தில் நலிவுற்ற போட்டித் தேர்வுகளை மேற்கொள்ள விரும்பும் மாணவர்களுக்கு மேற்கண்ட பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன.

Study Circle

• Study Circles functioning at all the District Employment and Career Guidance Centres were established in the year 1999 with a view to assist aspirants of various competitive examinations by rendering them free coaching and guidance. The vision of these voluntary units is to act as a niche and a learning platform for all the youngsters who are pursuing a career in Government sector. Free Coaching Classes are conducted for various examinations like TNPSC (Group I, Group II, Group IV, Group VIIB / VIII), TNUSRB (PC & SI), TET, SSC, IBPS (Clerk and PO) and RRB by inviting expert faculties.
• Through the Coaching given by Study Circles, more than 500 students have emerged successful in various competitive exams. Coaching Classes are also being conducted in additional places like libraries, Schools etc as per requirements.
• Special initiatives are also taken to provide free coaching to the Differently-Abled aspirants by engaging Sign interpreter for the assistance of hearing impaired aspirants and Braille assistance to the Visually Challenged aspirants.

• பள்ளி மற்றும் கல்லூரிகளில் பல்வேறு தொழில்கள் குறித்து மாணவர்களுக்கு விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்தும் வகையில் தொழில்நெறி வழிகாட்டும் கண்காட்சிகள் மற்றும் கருத்தரங்குகள் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன.
• இக்கண்காட்சிகளில் பல்வேறு துறைகளைச் சார்ந்த வல்லுநர்களைக் கொண்டு தொழில்நெறி உரைகள் நிகழ்த்தப்படுகின்றன. கையேடுகள், விளம்பரப் பதாகைகள் மற்றும் போட்டித் தேர்வுகளுக்கான புத்தகங்களை காட்சிப்படுத்துதல் ஆகியவை மூலம் மாணவர்களுக்கு பல்வேறு தொழில் வாய்ப்புகள் குறித்து விளக்கப்படுகின்றன.
• பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு சமகால வேலை சந்தை நிலவரம் மற்றும் தொழில் வாய்ப்புகள் குறித்து விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்தி பள்ளிகளில் தொழில்நெறி முனைகள் அமைத்து மாணவர்களுக்கு அவற்றை தெரிவிக்கும் வகையில் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான தொழில்நெறி வழிகாட்டியாளர் பயிற்சிகள் அளிக்கப்படுகின்றன.
• பள்ளி மற்றும் கல்லூரி மாணவர்கள், பதிவுதாரர்கள் மற்றும் வேலைநாடுநர்கள் வேலைவாய்ப்பு சந்தையின் தேவைக்கேற்ப தன்னை தகுதிப்படுத்திக் கொள்ளும் வகையில் தன்னம்பிக்கை ஊட்டும் நிகழ்ச்சிகள் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன.
• அலுவலக வளாகங்களில் தொழில்நெறி விழிப்புணர்வு மற்றும் திறன் விழிப்புணர்வு நிகழ்ச்சிகள் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன.
• பல்வேறு போட்டித் தேர்வுகளுக்கான மின்பாடக் குறிப்புகளை வழங்கும் மெய்நிகர் கற்றல் வலைதளத்தில் பதிவு செய்தல் குறித்து தேர்வர்களுக்கு வழிகாட்டுதல்.
• மாநில தொழில்நெறி வழிகாட்டும் மையம் மூலம் உயர்கல்வி, வேலைவாய்ப்புகள், திறன் பயிற்சிகள் மற்றும் சுய வேலைவாய்ப்புகள் குறித்து வழிகாட்டுதல். அயல் நாட்டு வேலைவாய்ப்பு நிறுவனம் மற்றும் தமிழ்நாடு திறன் மேம்பாட்டுக் கழகம் ஆகியவற்றில் பதிவு செய்வதற்கான வழிகாட்டுதல்.

Career Guidance Activities

Literates to Graduates

• Career guidance is one of the pivotal functions of the department of employment and Training. In order to perform this function effectively, District Employment and Career Guidance Centers are conducting various career guidance programmes so as to guide the School/College Students, Registrants and job seekers to choose the right career path. Following are the career guidance activities undertaken by the District Employment and Career Guidance Centres in all the districts.
• Career Exhibitions and Seminars are conducted in schools and colleges to create awareness among the students about diverse professional fields.
• In these exhibitions, Career talks are delivered by the experts belonging to various disciplines. The students are also introduced to multiple career possibilities via pamphlets, banners and the display of Competitive exam books.

• Confidence building programmes for school/college students, registrants and job seekers in order to make them fit enough to meet the employment market demands.

• Guidance through State Career Guidance Centre on various aspects such as Higher Studies / Job opportunities / Skill / Self Employment etc.,
• Registration Guidance for Overseas Manpower Corporation and Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation.

சிறப்பு நிகழ்ச்சிகள்:

மாவட்ட வேலைவாய்ப்பு மற்றும் தொழில்நெறி வழிகாட்டும் மையங்களால் சமூகத்தில் சிறப்பு பிரிவினராகக் கருதப்படுபவர்களுக்கு சிறப்பு கவனம் மற்றும் கவனம் செலுத்தப்படாத தொழில் துறைகளில் வேலைவாய்ப்பை தேர்வு செய்யும் வகையில் பின்வரும் சிறப்பு நிகழ்ச்சிகள் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன.

1. விமானப்படை தேர்ச்சிக்கான சிறப்பு விழிப்புணர்வு நிகழ்ச்சி:

இந்திய விமானப்படை தேர்வுகளுக்கான சிறப்பு தொழில்நெறி வழிகாட்டும் நிகழ்ச்சிகள், பேரணிகள் மற்றும் விழிப்புணர்வு நிகழ்ச்சிகள் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன. இவ்வனைத்து நிகழ்ச்சிகளிலும் விமானப்படையின் முதுநிலை அலுவலர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டு பங்கேற்பாளர்களிடம் இந்திய விமானப்டையில் சேர்வதற்கான பல்வேறு வழிகள் குறித்து உரையாற்றுகின்றனர். இதனைத் தொடர்ந்து வேலைப் பெறுவதற்கான பயிற்சிகள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.

2. தன்னார்வ பயிலும் வட்டங்கள் மூலம் மாற்றுத்திறனாளி தேர்வர்களுக்கான சிறப்பு பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள்:

• இப்போட்டித் தேர்வுகளை எதிர்கொள்ளும் செவிப்புலன் இழந்த மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு சைகை மொழிபெயர்ப்பாளர்களைக் கொண்டும், பார்வை இழந்த மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு ப்ரெய்லி வழியாகவும் கட்டணமில்லா பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் நடத்த சிறப்பு முயற்சிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருகின்றன.
• மாவட்ட வேலைவாய்ப்பு மற்றும் தொழில்நெறி வழிகாட்டும் மையங்களில் செயல்படும் பல்வேறு தன்னார்வ பயிலும் வட்டங்களில் பொதுத்துறை நிறுவனங்களில் வேலை பெற விரும்பும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளி தேர்வர்களுக்கு கட்டணமில்லா பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன. வேலைவாய்ப்பு அலுவலகங்களின் இடைவிடாத முயற்சிகளின் காரணமாக 50 மாற்றுத்திறனாளி தேர்வர்கள் வெற்றி பெற்று அரசு துறையில் பணி நியமனம் பெற்றுள்ளனர்.

3. திருநங்கைகளுக்கான சிறப்பு தொழில்நெறி வழிகாட்டும் நிகழ்ச்சிகள்:

மாவட்ட வேலைவாய்ப்பு மற்றும் தொழில்நெறி வழிகாட்டும் மையங்களில் திருநங்கை மனுதாரர்கள் பயன்பெறும் வகையில் தொடர்ந்து சிறப்பு நிகழ்ச்சிகள் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன. தொழில் வாய்ப்புகள் மற்றும் பல்வேறு நலத் திட்டங்கள் குறித்து அத்துறை தொடர்பான வல்லுநர்களைக் கொண்டு உரைகள் நிகழ்த்தப்படுகின்றன.

4. தொழில்நெறி விழிப்புணர்வு மற்றும் திறன் வாரம்:

ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் ஜீலை மாதத்தில் இரண்டாவது வாரம் மற்றும் ஜீலை பதினைந்தாம் நாள் தொழில்நெறி வழிகாட்டுதல் மற்றும் திறன் விழிப்புணர்வு வாரமாகவும் மற்றும் திறன் நாளாகவும் அனுசரிக்கப்படுகிறது. இவ்வாரம் முழுவதும் தொழில்நெறி ஆலோசனைகள் மற்றும் உரைகள், தொழில்நெறி கண்காட்சிகள், நடமாடும் ஊர்திகள் மூலம் தொழில்நெறி விழிப்புணர்வு மற்றும் திறன் பயிற்சிகள், திறன் பேரணிகள், திறன் முகாம்கள், ஐடிஐ மாணவர்கள், பள்ளி மாணவர்கள், பெண்கள், திருநங்கைகள் மற்றும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கான சிறப்பு நிகழ்ச்சிகள், தொழில்நெறி மற்றும் திறன் பயிற்சிகள் குறித்து புத்தகங்கள் மற்றும் கையேடுகள் விநியோகித்தல், தொழில்நெறி விழிப்புணர்வு மற்றும் திறன் விழிப்புணர்வு கருத்தரங்குகள் போன்ற நிகழ்ச்சிகள் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன. மேலும், மாணவர்களுக்கு திறன் போட்டிகளும் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன.

Special Programs :

Following special guidance programmes are conducted by District Employment and Career Guidance Centres to give marked attention to some special groups of the the society and to some overlooked occupational sectors in career opting.

1. Special Awareness Programme for Airmen Selection

Conducting exclusive career guidance programmes & rallies for creating awareness regarding the recruitment in the Indian Air force. In all these Programmes, Senior Officers from Indian Air Force take part and talk to the participants on the various avenues in Air Force, Training given by them and subsequent placement opportunities.

2. Special Coaching classes for Differently Abled aspirants at the Study Circles

Special initiatives are also taken to provide free coaching to the Differently-Abled aspirants by engaging Sign interpreter for the assistance of hearing impaired aspirants and Braille assistance to the Visually Challenged aspirants.

The Study Circles in various District Employment and Career Guidance Centres also take special steps to conduct free Coaching Classes for the Differently-Abled registrants aspiring to enter into Public Service Establishments. Due to the relentless efforts of the Employment Offices, nearly 50 Differently abled aspirants have successfully got placed in government sector.

3. Special Coaching classes for Differently Abled aspirants at the Study Circles

Special programmes are regularly arranged by district employment and career guidance centres for the benefit of Transgender candidates. Talks about career opportunities and various welfare schemes are given to them by appropriate experts.

4. Career Awareness Week and Skill Week

Every year July 2nd week and July 15th are celebrated as career guidance & skill awareness week and skill day respectively. Various activities such as Career counselling and talks, Career exhibitions, Career awareness and skill training through mobile vans, Skill Rallis, Skill Camps, Special Programmes for Differently – Abled, ITI students, School students, Women and Transgender, distribution of booklets and pamphlets on careers and skill training, Seminars on career awareness and skill awareness etc., are carried out all through the skill week. Skill competitions for students are also held.

‘An activity - A day’ initiative

Under the Unique initiative, ‘An Activity- A day’, every day of the week is ear-marked for a specific activity to ensure a focused outcome based approach for the activities of the District Employment and Career Guidance Centre.
