பதில் : மத்திய மாநில அரசுத்துறையில் பணிபுரிய விரும்பும், அதற்குரிய தேர்வுகளுக்குத் தயாராகும் இளைஞர்களுக்குத் துணைபுரியும் நோக்கத்தில் இவ்வலைதளம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அவர்களே இதன் முதன்மை பயனாளிகள் ஆவர்.

Ans : This portal has been designed to assist the aspirants who are aiming to join Central and State Government Establishments. They are the primary beneficiaries of this Portal.

பதில் : ‘User Login’ பக்கத்தில் உள்ள ‘Forget Password ?’ சுட்டியைச் சொடுக்குவதன் மூலம் தங்கள் மின்னஞ்சல் வாயிலாக புதிய கடவுச்சொல்லை உருவாக்கிக்கொள்ளலாம். அதைக்கொண்டு மெய்நிகர் கற்றல் வலைதளத்திற்குள் மீண்டும் நுழையலாம்.

Ans : By clicking the icon ‘Forgot Password’ in the ‘User Login’ page, you can create a new password through e-mail and log into the Virtual Learning Portal by using the new password.

பதில் : தேவையில்லை. உங்களது சுயவிவரங்கள், முகவரி, கல்வித்தகுதி, அலைபேசி எண் ஆகியவற்றை உள்ளீடு செய்வது போதுமானது. ஆதார், குடும்ப அட்டை போன்ற அடையாள விவரங்களை அளிப்பது கட்டாயமாக்கப்படவில்லை இருப்பினும் அவற்றையும் உள்ளீடு செய்யலாம்.

Ans : No certificate is required for registering. Providing your Basic details (Bio data), Address, Educational qualification and Mobile Number is sufficient. Though updating of identification details such as Aadhar Number, Ration Card etc. has not been mandated, the same can still be updated.

பதில் : ஆம்! மாற்ற இயலும். உங்களது கணக்கிற்குள் நுழைந்து ‘சுயவிவரம்’ இனத்திற்குள் உள்ள ‘Edit Profile’ என்ற சுட்டியைச் சொடுக்கி உங்கள் பயனர் பெயரையும் கடவுச்சொல்லையும் இதர சுயவிவரங்களையும் கூட மாற்றிக்கொள்ள முடியும்.

Ans : Yes, changes can be done. After signing into your profile, you can enter into the page “Personal Details’ and click on the icon ‘Edit Profile’ and carry out the required changes including the name of the registrant and password.

பதில் : ஆம். இத்தளத்தில் பதிவுதாரரானால் மட்டுமே இதில் உள்ள மென்பாடக்குறிப்புகளைக் கற்க முடியும்.

Ans : Yes, only the registrants of this Portal can use and learn from the e-materials uploaded.

பதில் : பதிவுதாரர்கள் மென்பாடக்குறிப்புகளைத் தரவிறக்கம் செய்துகொள்ளலாம். அதன் மூலம் இணையவசதி இல்லாத சமயங்களிலும் அப்பாடங்களைக் கற்கலாம்.

Ans : The Registrants of the portal can download the e-materials and use them even when net connectivity is not available.

பதில் : ஆம். மென்பாடக்குறிப்புகள் தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலம் ஆகிய இருமொழிகளிலும் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளன. பயனர் தனது விருப்பத்திற்கேற்ப எந்த மொழியிலும் கற்கலாம்.

Ans : Yes. The study materials have been uploaded in both Tamil and English. Registrant can download and study as per their willingness.

பதில் : பதிவுதாரர் அல்லாத ஒருவர் முகப்புப்பக்கத்தில் ‘பாடத்திட்டம்’, வினாத்தாள்கள், மாதிரி தேர்வு, பாடநூல்கள் போன்ற பிரிவுகளைப் பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ள இயலும்.

Ans : Non registrant person can use the details available such as 'Syllabus', 'Question Papers', 'e-books' from the home page.

பதில் : தங்கள் கேள்விகளையும் இடர்பாடுகளையும் 'Virtual Learning APP' என்ற மின்னஞ்சலுக்கு அனுப்பவதன் மூலம் உரிய பதில் பெறலாம்.

Ans : Any difficulties or doubts encounter by a registrant may be sent to this Department, by way of e-mail addressed to mail id 'Virtual Learning App'.

பதில் : ஆம் பயன்படுத்தலாம். முகப்புப்பக்கத்தின் கீழ்ப்பகுதியில் காணப்படும் 'Department of Employment and Training' என்ற செயலியைத் தரவிறக்கம் செய்து அலைபேசியிலேயே இத்தளத்தை உபயோகிக்க முடியும்.

Ans : Yes. The portal can be accessed in Mobile. By downloading the app ‘Department of Employment and Training’ in the home page, this portal can be accessed in Mobile.

பதில் : ஒவ்வொரு புதிய பதிவேற்றம் குறித்தும் தங்களது கணக்கிற்கு அறிவிக்கை அனுப்பப்படும். இவற்றை உடனுக்குடன் அறிந்துகொள்ள ‘னுநயீயசவஅநவே டிக நுஅயீடடிலஅநவே யனே கூசயiniபே' என்ற முகநூல் பக்கத்தை நீங்கள் பின் தொடரலாம். அதனில் புதுப்பதிவுகள் பற்றிய செய்திகள் உடனுக்குடன் பதிவிடப்படுகின்றன.

Ans : A push notification will be sent to your mail for every new upload. Further the details are also provided then and there in the facebook in the page ‘Department of Employment and Training’ which may be followed to obtain information on updates.

பதில் : இத்தளத்தில் உள்ள தேர்வுத்தயாரிப்பு பற்றிய ஒளிப்பதிவுகளையும் தொழில்நெறி வழிகாட்டல் பற்றிய ஏனைய காணொளிகளையும் 'tncareerservices employment' என்ற யூ டியூப் சேனலில் அனைவரும் கண்டு பயனடையலாம்.

Ans : The videos uploaded on exam preparation and study materials in this portal may be viewed in the You Tube Channel, ‘tncareerservices employment’

பதில் : ஆம். பதிவு செய்யாத ஒருவர் மாதிரி தேர்வில் (Sample Test) பங்கெடுக்க இயலுமே தவிர முழுத்தேர்விலும் (Model Test) கலந்து கொள்ள முடியாது. தேர்வுகளை முழுமையாக எழுத ஒருவர் தளத்தில் பதிவு செய்தாக வேண்டும்.

Ans : Yes. A aspirant who has not registered can take up the ‘Sample Test’ provided but cannot write the Model Test provided in the portal. To write the full test provided in the portal, it is mandatory to register.

பதில் : உங்கள் கணக்கிற்குள் நுழைந்து Menubar இல் உள்ள ‘விவாதக்களம்’ என்ற சுட்டிக்குள் புகுந்தால் பல்வேறு விவாதக்குழுக்களைக் காணலாம். தாங்கள் விவாதிக்க விரும்பும் துறைவாரியான / படிப்பு வாரியான குழுக்களைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்து அதில் நீங்கள் உரையாடலை மேற்கொள்ளலாம்.

Ans : On signing in to your account, enter into menu bar and click the icon ‘Vivadhakalam’, wherein you would be seeing many groups. You can choose the group to engage in discussion based on the exams/ subject / Department and start discussing in the group.
